Ovulation Prediction Kits - are they useful for women with pcos? - prediction brand shoes
I have PCOS and have started more regular intervals with metformin.
I suspect that I did not ovulate (sore nipples).
I wonder whether it would be a good idea to use the OPK?
If so, what brand, type, and on what days I should start to see if I'm ovulating?

These kits ovulation has helped me become pregnant first with my child. They are very accurate. I remember the night that I used, and it is the red line. I do not think that it would work. Anyway, I had sex with the cubes in the same night, and voila, I was pregnant.
I have an ad on the OPK. I think it is the CVS generic brand. All are good.
I think they are particularly good if you do not ovulate regularly. You can tell where you are.
