Here one side is carved below the models of the pumpkin.
Also at http://www.paperpumkins.com you can find tons of easy templates and culturally oriented too, such as maori, totem poles, kabuki and tiki stencils.
Some computers are the books with the size.
Otherwise, try doing a Google search. I'm sure you can find some good there.
